In addition to independent sales and service partners, Bell Equipment Germany has also been cooperating with Liebherr Hydraulikbagger GmbH since June 2002: All of Liebherr sales and service centres in Germany and Austria include Bell dumpers in their programmes – and additionally, Liebherr Mietpartner GmbH leases Bell articulated dumpers in Germany and across Europe.

 

With Bell’s European Logistic Center (ELC) [replacement parts centre] in Alsfeld, Bell Germany offers efficient parts procurement for all models. The ELC is responsible for all European and North American customers’ vehicles and guarantees almost 100% parts availability within 24 hours.

A high-speed airfreight connection with the Bell replacement parts centre in Johannesburg means that all replacement parts are guaranteed within 48 hours.
Field services are primarily responsible for servicing regional Bell partners – supported by the customer service experts at the Alsfeld site.
