BELL Fleetm@tic Your fleet management system
The remote control for your fleet If it is your job to supervise a fleet of articulated dump trucks or you are responsible for the service and maintenance, then you know how difficult it is to receive current and meaningful data about the fleet: - Production data - Operating data - Fault messages - Machine movements and location
BELL Fleetm@tic will: - Localise your machine and interactively display the location on a web-based map - Inform you where and how long your equipment has been working or stood still - Show you whether the operator of the machine caused the engine to over-rev, overheat or overcharge - Tell you whether fault messages are present
How Fleetm@tic works: - GPS antenna and transmission unit are installed inside the cab - after registration you receive a user login and password to gain access to your fleet - the location is detected by satellite through the installed GPS module - positional data as well as machine and operating data are saved in the memory module - the above data is transmitted to a geostationary satellite, depending on the selected data package - the data is processed in the BELL Fleetm@tic Server and prepared for retrieval - different reports prepared on a daily, weekly or monthly basis can be created and retrieved. ![]() The 3 data packages: All three different packages deliver the same data. The difference lies in the depth of the evaluation, from a daily overview with Lite, to an hourly evaluation with Standard up to the evaluation of the individual cycles with Max. All of this data is saved centrally on the server and extends more than a year back. Contact your Bell Equipment distributor for a demonstration. Fleetm@tic Lite: The data is transmitted to the server twice per day. The position, tonnage, consumption, distances, etc. are received. Fleetm@tic Std: includes all data of the Lite version. It is transmitted to the server every hour. Fleetm@tic Max: includes all data of Lite and Std. In addition, the data is transmitted after every loading and unloading process and when the equipment is switched off or started. In the process, real-time monitoring is practically achieved. Installation / retrofitting: BELL Fleetm@tic can be ordered as an option with all D-series articulated dump trucks ex works. Subsequent retrofitting is possible if the equipment already has the on-board scale. Costs: If Fleetm@tic was ordered ex works, there are charges for hardware and registration as well as an annual connection fee. With retrofitting, the costs depend on the model year and location of the equipment. What makes BELL Fleetm@tic the best.... BELL Fleetm@tic is an important tool for your company when it comes to optimising your production, monitoring your fleet or tracking losses. You gain access to your data from anywhere in the world with the password-protected webpage. Choose whether you want reports created per day, hour or cycle on the basis of the different Fleetm@tic packages: Lite, Std or Max. You create vehicle or fleet reports online on the webpage or have your specialised report sent directly to you by email. In any case, BELL Fleetm@tic pays for itself and protects your investment. |
